The holiday flats at the Torre Prima Farm Holiday.
The Torre Prima Farm holiday is situated in the hills 3 km from San
Gimignano. It is an integral part of the wine producing and farming
business: completing the holding-fields of wheat, woodland and olive
groves.
It is possible to stay at any time of the year in these typical Tuscany
sharecropping farm houses-completed restored, and an independent villa
about 500 metres away from the main building.
The two accommodating buildings are surrounded by a large park with flowers
and fruit trees, hedges and olive trees; the smell of juniper and rosemary
characterise the areas with tables, deck-chairs, garden umbrellas reserved
for our guests.
The Torre Prima Farm Holiday commands a beautiful view overlooking Siena and
Florence. For moments of relax there is the swimming pool near the main
building. With large green areas and a view of San Gimignano.
All of the flats have been restored and furnished in the old Tuscany style
and tradition and meet all the needs of our guests.

Cipressi e cipressino

The Cipressi and Cipressino flats are in the independent villa which is
about 500 metres from the main building. This could be a good solution for
families and groups.

Cipressi apartment (120 sqm.): 6 guests
Flat of 120 sqm on 1st floor with independant entrance and small terrace with view of the surrounding countryside.
A large reception room with big fireplace, old style table with benches, sofa bed, satellite TV. Small kitchen equipped with the necessary cooking utensils to prepare typical Tuscany dishes, fridge/freezer and oven. It has also got an iron and ironing board and clothes horse. Sleeping area with 3 bedrooms ( 2 king size and 1 double), 2 bathrooms of which one is inside one of the king size bedrooms and this has got a shower cubicle and toilet and the other a bath tub and toilet.
This flat meets the needs of 6 people. Outside there is an adjacent garden with table and chairs, deck-chairs, garden umbrella and barbeque.
